ئەم پەیامە داواکارییەکی بەپەلە و ویژدانییە لە پێناو دادپەروەری بۆ ڕۆژنامەنووسی بوێر و قوربانی تیرۆر، کاوە گەرمیانی.
یەکێک لە دەنگە هەرە بەهێزەکانی ئازادیی ڕادەربڕین و دژایەتی گەندەڵی لە کوردستان، لە 5ی کانوونی یەکەمی 2013 بە شێوەیەکی دڕندانە تیرۆر کرا لەباوەشی دایکیدا.
سەرەڕای تێپەڕبوونی نزیکەی دوازدە ساڵ بەسەر ئەم تاوانە قێزەونەدا و هەوڵە ناوخۆییەکان، تا ئێستا دادپەروەریی ڕاستەقینە و گەیشتن بە دەستی ڕاستەقینەی پشت تاوانەکە بەدی نەهاتووە.
دۆسیەکە پێویستی بە لێکۆڵینەوەیەکی سەربەخۆ، بێلایەن، و بەرفراوانی نێودەوڵەتی هەیە بۆ ئەوەی بکەرانی سەرەکی و فەرماندەرانی ئەم تاوانە بە سزای خۆیان بگەن.
داواکاری سەرەکی:
ئێمە داوا لە ڕێکخراوە بەڕێزەکانی ئێوە دەکەین کە:
دۆسیەی کاوە گەرمیانی وەک کەیسێکی سەرووی نەتەوەیی و پێشێلکارییەکی گەورەی مافی مرۆڤ و ئازادیی ڕۆژنامەگەری لەقەڵەم بدەن.
کە لە ئێستادا بکوژ ئامادەیە دان بەهەموو تاوانەکەی بدات و کێ لە پشتی ئەم تاوانە گەورەو قێزەونەیە. بۆیە هەموو هەوڵێکی یاسایی و دیپلۆماسی بدەن بۆ گەیاندنی ئەم کەیسە بە دادگاکانی دەرەوەی وڵات، بە تایبەت ئەو دادگایانەی تایبەتمەندن بە لێکۆڵینەوە لە تاوانەکانی دژ بە مرۆڤایەتی و تیرۆرکردنی ڕۆژنامەنووسان.
فشار دروست بکەن بۆ دەستپێکردنەوەی لێکۆڵینەوەیەکی نوێ و ڕاستەقینە، بە پاڵپشتیی لایەنێکی نێودەوڵەتی، بۆ ئاشکراکردنی هەموو ڕاستییەکان.
تیرۆرکردنی ڕۆژنامەنووسێک تەنها تاوانێک نییە دژ بە تاکە کەسێک، بەڵکو تاوانێکە دژ بە دەنگی ڕاستی، ئازادیی ڕادەربڕین، و بنەماکانی دیموکراسی. بەدیهێنانی دادپەروەری بۆ کاوە گەرمیانی، دڵنیایی دەدات کە ڕۆژنامەنووسانی دیکە لە سەرانسەری جیهاندا لە کاتی ئەرکیاندا پارێزراو دەبن.
ئومێدەوارین لەسەر بنەمای پەرۆشی ئێوە بۆ مافی مرۆڤ و پاراستنی ڕۆژنامەنووسان، بە دەنگ داواکارییەکەمانەوە بێن و ئەم دۆسیەیە بکەنە ئەولەوییەتی کارەکانتان.
ئێمە کە خاوەن کەیس گەلێکن ھەڵگری ئازاری میللەتێکین.، لەپێناو ھەق و دژایەتی سیستەمی داپڵۆسێنەرو بەگژا چونەوەی گەندەڵی باجی ڕێگای ئازادیمانداوە .، بۆیە پێتان ڕادەگەینین لەپاڵ پشتیوانی ئازادی خوازان ڕۆژنامەنوسان و چالاکوانان پێویستمان بەشتیوانی چالاکوان و ڕێکخراوە جیھانییەکانە وە تەواوی کوردانی تاراوگە ئازادی خوازان بۆ ئەوەی ئەم کەیسانە بکرێنە کەیسی جیھانی . ،

Subject: Urgent Appeal to Bring the Assassination Case of Journalist Kawa Garmiani to International Courts for Justice
Dear Esteemed Organizations,
This message is an urgent and conscientious appeal for justice on behalf of the brave journalist and victim of terror, Kawa Garmiani.
Kawa Garmiani, one of the most powerful voices for freedom of expression and against corruption in Kurdistan, was brutally assassinated in his mother’s arms on December 5, 2013.
Despite the passage of nearly twelve years since this heinous crime and the internal efforts made, true justice and the identification of the real masterminds behind the assassination have yet to be achieved. The case requires an independent, impartial, and comprehensive international investigation to ensure that the principal perpetrators and those who commanded this crime are brought to justice.

We appeal to your respected organizations to:
Designate the Kawa Garmiani case as a transnational issue and a grave violation of human rights and press freedom.
The murderer is currently ready to confess to his entire crime and reveal who is behind this great and heinous atrocity. Therefore, we urge you to make every legal and diplomatic effort to bring this case to foreign courts, especially those specialized in investigating crimes against humanity and the assassination of journalists.
Exert pressure to initiate a new and genuine investigation, supported by an international body, to uncover all the facts.
The assassination of a journalist is not merely a crime against an individual, but a crime against the voice of truth, freedom of expression, and the foundations of democracy. Achieving justice for Kawa Garmiani will ensure that other journalists around the world feel protected while carrying out their duties.
We hope that, based on your commitment to human rights and the protection of journalists, you will heed our call and make this case a priority in your work.
We, the owners of this case, carry the pain of a nation. We have paid the price for freedom in the pursuit of truth, opposing oppressive systems, and combating corruption. Therefore, we inform you that alongside the support of freedom-loving people, journalists, and activists, we need the active support of international activists, organizations, and all Kurds in the diaspora to make these cases global cases.
It is clear that at the Kurdistan Regional level, we own the case of the Martyrs of the Pen, the case of the Martyrs of February 17th, and the case of all the martyrs on the path to livelihood and freedom. However, unfortunately, the judicial authority in this region remains under the decisions of the government, parties, and high officials, and the court and law have not yet adopted an independent course. Consequently, the perpetrators and champions of these types of cases continue to move freely without accountability to the law.
Therefore, we deem it necessary that these cases be pursued at the level of the International Community’s courts and global organizations, with the goal of making them global cases. This is to ensure that the armed associates and children of the officials, who are steeped in blood, dare not to assassinate another Kawa or Sardasht, deprive another Amed, or turn another woman’s life into a painful and sorrowful dream.
Finally, our thanks and appreciation go out to all attendees, freedom lovers, and organizers of the 12th anniversary commemoration ceremony of Kawa Garmiani’s assassination inside and outside the Kurdistan Region, and all activists and Kurds in the diaspora. Your support gives us the strength to confront the Pharaohs of authority.
